Shilling Shockers

#1 - I read Tony Hillerman’s Dance Hall of the Dead before, in high school, which is now a depressingly long time ago.  So in keeping with last year’s tradition, I’m counting it as one of my books of the new year—I hardly remembered anything of the plot, other than a trippy sequence with animal tranquilisers.  Anyhow, I read these for the Arizona descriptions, the cultural details, and the laconic Joe Leaphorn, not because I particularly care who killed who.
